Whether you’re joining live or participating asynchronously, this is a time to settle, restore and reconnect with what’s true and real.
We begin by inviting everyone to settle into a comfortable position. Adjust your volume, find a posture or position that supports you, and give yourself permission to be fully present.
You may engage with this practice without revealing your identity.
You may also participate asynchronously via recording and experience the same benefits as those who participate live.
Together, we ease into the practice by softening the breath, relaxing the body, and creating space for inner stillness.
The Guided Practice
When the guided portion begins, you’re welcome to engage in whatever way serves you best.
We spend a few moments in silence, allowing the mind and body to settle and the heart to open.
We end with a brief expression of gratitude and an invitation to return from stillness.
There will be a few minutes for anyone who desires to share perceptions or experiences. This is offered as an invitation. There’s absolutely no pressure to share.
Our hope is for you to reenter your day with a sense of ease, clarity and connection.
